WATCH: Sylosis Release Huge New Single “A Sign Of Things To Come”

Since announcing his departure from Architects earlier in the year, modern guitar legend Josh Middleton has jumped feet first straight back into his band Sylosis with their new album “A Sign Of Things To Come” set to come on out September 8th this year and they have just dropped the record’s title track and accompanying video. Sylosis have always been known for their massive riffs, technical guitar work and surgical precision drum grooves and “A Sign Of Things To Come” has all this and more. The song still feels like Sylosis yet has a definite progression with the incorporation of more melodic elements without losing it’s heavy edge. You can tell Josh has really been putting in the hours in to hone his vocal ability as the range he showcases from cleans to screams is impressive. In a scene that is notoriously difficult for accepting bands changing or progressing their sound, Sylosis have managed to do it in a way that is sure to keep core fans happy but is certain to attract many new fans in the months to come.
