WARGASM Release Two Explosive New Singles ‘Circle Pit’ and ‘Bad Seed’

London-based genre smashing duo WARGASM is turning up the heat with the release of two new singles, “Circle Pit” and “Bad Seed,” out now via slowplay / Republic / Island UK. Speaking about the new tracks, the band, made up of Sam Matlock and Milkie Way, shared: “The world is apathetic and lonely, and music is our coping mechanism. Anger is our energy. ‘Circle Pit’ (a rework of a track our Japanese family might already know) is all about the cycle. You can’t break it, so why be part of it? Get in the pit, come out to the coast have a few laughs. ‘Bad Seed’ on the other hand….that’s for those that choose to make the cycle worse. People who waste time being small and hating when there’s so much to create.”

Musically, “Circle Pit” delivers a ferocious blend of heavy riffs, pulsating synths and Sam and Milkie’s iconic dual vocals culminating in a high-energy call-and-response: “Circle pit, circle pit, no one ever gave a shit, running in the thick of it.” The other single, “Bad Seed” keeps the energy up with more heavy riffing, vicious screams and pounding drum grooves contrasted by haunting melodies and floaty synths as Milkie taunts “You took a swing and missed, now you deserve this.” The two singles are as strong as anything from their 2023 debut album Venom and demonstrates the pure strength in depth the duo have.

The release is accompanied by a joint music video, with the two singles stunningly represented in very different ways. Watch here:
