TROPIC GOLD release brand new single & video ‘HAPPY’

Genre defiers Tropic Gold are back with a brand new single & video for ‘Happy’. The song, which is the bands first new music since their breakout 2023 EP “What A Wonderful Experience” starts right where they left off with their polished blend of modern rock, metal, pop and electronica coming together in a song full of shifting dynamics, slick vocal runs, huge choruses and raw emotion packed into every inch. It’s another example of why Tropic Gold are one of the most exciting UK bands to emerge in recent times and why they thoroughly deserve their place as one of our ones to watch of 2024.

Speaking on the song the band share: “HAPPY is the conversation of giving up everything you have to be happy, and making sacrifices to gain eternal life and happiness… HAPPY is the thought in your head trying to persuade you to take the gold juice to make you feel better, selling yourself to something higher than you, a preacher, messiah, a prophet. HAPPY connects self-sacrifice for fake happiness, to the end result of feeling terrified after realising what you’ve done.”
