Meet Cardiff’s next superstar in the making: Tom Auton

Everything Tom Auton creates has his signature on it. Producing, mixing and using his skills in songwriting and performance he’s been honing over the past decade.  Now on the national stage; playing festivals and shows around the UK and supporting the likes of Feeder and Jack Savoretti. You may have heard him before in a slightly different guise (Tom Auton & the Bottle Breakers), but here we see him emerge into a new bright era of his career.

Shared with The Newlist via our submissions form, we’re really excited to be introduced to Tom’s world and get to into his groovy, brooding tones with “Go Back”. The song explores Tom’s “overthinking prone mind”, born from dwelling on mistakes made and wishing you could erase them.
