POST PROFIT announce ‘Self Defeater’ EP & share ‘Drug Emporium’ video

Exciting new post hardcore prospects POST PROFIT have announced their new, six-song EP, Self Defeater, out November 17, it is available for pre-order here. The band take influence from acts such as Deftones, Incubus, Failure, and Quicksand with their own southern rock flavour and after a year of touring they are ready to unleash new music into the world. The newest taste from the record comes in the form of the video for single ‘Drug Emporium‘, an riffed up rock banger which brings a 90s grunge fuelled sound into the modern day with crisp production and shifting dynamics.

“This song is about the growing pains of growing up in the real world,” the band explains. “While there’s nostalgia in the music, the lyrics are about moving yourself forward and evolving. And since we’re all fans of skateboarding, it only made sense to include it in the video.”
