Four Year Strong announced new album “analysis paralysis” & release single ‘uncooked’
Four Year Strong have announced their forthcoming album entitled “analysis paralysis” is set to be released on 9th August 2024 via Pure Noise Records. It’s very rare that a band are so upfront with the struggles they go through when writing new music but Four Year Strong have been very open about the creative struggles they faced when going into this new record. The band entered the studio with producer Will Putney without a single song finished and spent the first days trying to find inspiration, something they would eventually find by looking back on the music that influenced them from their inception. This spark of inspiration led them to complete 80% of the record within a month as they fused their trademark pop-punk meets hardcore sound with 90s alt-rock and metal influences to create an album that is a fresh take on the Four Year Strong sound. The newly invigorated musical output was on full display on their previous single ‘daddy of mine’ which was perhaps one of their heaviest to date and now they have unleashed a brand new single entitled ‘uncooked’ which take on that 90s alt-rock vibe whilst still being undeniably Four Year Strong.

The band recently announced a headline tour in the EU and UK for Winter 2025.
The UK shows will see support from label mate KOYO and Shoreline.
