WATCH: SYLOSIS RELEASE NEW FACE-MELTER “HEAVY IS THE CROWN”

We’re not sure how they find the time with vocalist/guitarist/songwriter Josh Middleton in the midst of pre new album prep with metal-core giants Architects and drummer Ali Richardson touring relentlessly with Bleed From Within, but somehow within that time Sylosis have managed to write and release another metal banger entitled “Heavy Is The Crown”. We’re not complaining though as the new single has all the elements fans look for in a Sylosis release, chocked full of killer chugged riffs, technical noodling, pummelling drums, huge beatdown sections and of course Josh letting loose with an impressive guitar solo. The fry/sang chorus has a catchy hook that will sure be a fan favourite to sing a long to live. Speaking of which, the release comes ahead of the bands appearance’s at Knotfest’s ‘Pulse Of The Maggots’ show in Birmingham & Bloodstock Festival this weekend – the bands only confirmed dates this year! Let’s hope there’s more to follow.
