WATCH: Neck Deep’s epic new video for “Heartbreak Of The Century”

The UK’s biggest pop punk exports Neck Deep have released a new single and music video for ‘Heartbreak Of The Century’. The song is top tier straight up modern pop punk made by some of the best to ever do it. Is it super original? No… but that’s not the point, “Heartbreak Of The Century” is a fun, catchy tune that fills you with the nostalgia of youth and with such negatively surrounding pretty much everything these days, sometimes this is all you need to hear! In the accompanying music video the band bust out their acting chops as they’re pit against alternate versions of themselves at an awards show.

Speaking on the track & video vocalist Ben Barlow says: ‘Heartbreak Of The Century’ is “a classic sounding Neck Deep song. Catchy, angsty, pacey, powerful and a little bit pathetic! We took the idea of ‘The Heartbreak Of The Century’ and imagined if you could actually win an award for that,” shares Barlow. “So there we had it, a shitty Oscars, where we won the Heartbreak Of The Century award. We wanted the video to feel classic/nostalgic, something that was entertaining to watch rather than your usual. It features some of our best (worst) acting to date and is one of our favourite videos we’ve ever done.”
