Rising metalcore sister duo THE PRETTY WILD have unveiled their latest track, Button Eyes, via Sumerian Records. Following the massive success of their breakout hit ‘sLeepwALkeR’, which has already racked up millions of streams, Button Eyes further showcases THE PRETTY WILD’s ability to blend metal with pop sensibilities. The song uses catchy yet haunting melodic phrases as the main hook before heavy guitars and pummelling drums enter the fray, while vocalists Jyl and Jules deliver an array of soaring melodies and memorable lyrics that will get stuck in your head.

Speaking on the new track, Jules explains: “This song is for anyone who’s ever felt objectified, used, or controlled. It’s about the moment you consciously break free from manipulation and sever ties with toxicity for good. We used dolls as a vessel for this theme, mostly as a way to blend playful melodies and imagery in a way that lightens a heavy conversation topic.”

The song cheekily pokes at the painful process of breaking free from misleading beliefs and stepping into our truth.
