THE PRETTY WILD Announce Debut Album “zero.point.genesis” & Drop New Single “PARADOX”

Rising metalcore force THE PRETTY WILD (comprised of sisters Jyl and Jules) have officially announced their debut full-length album zero.point.genesis, set for release 21st November via Sumerian Records. The record will feature previously released fan favourites OMENS, Button Eyes, living ded, and the viral smash sLeepwALKeR (included as a physical bonus track). Collectively, these songs have already racked up an impressive 20 million Spotify streams and nearly 3.3 million YouTube views, setting the stage for what could be one of 2025’s biggest breakout debuts.

‘zero.point.genesis’ is an album of collapse and resurrection, mythic, yet memeable in its rawness.” explains JYL, “For me, it’s about battling and ultimately healing the fake ego structures forged in trauma that kept me small, erasing my feminine gifts to fall in line. It’s crawling through the haunted shadow void society is too afraid to face, and emerging closer to my core essence through reclamation of those feminine gifts.”

Jules Adds: “This record is layered with multiple dimensions of interpretation; the more you listen, the further you traverse through them with us. We pushed into concepts that once felt untouchable to us, we set external input aside, and wrote them anyway. It’s an album of poetic contrasts, brutally heavy moments, with haunting instrumentation and flayed open lyrics. Woven throughout are nods to our personal interests, theatrical elements, classical composition, and moments of rage and playfulness.”

To celebrate the announcement, the sister duo have dropped a brand new single, “PARADOX”, alongside an official music video. The song delivers on everything they do best with their seamless blend of crushing metalcore heaviness and anthemic choruses packed full theatrics, grit, character and even an added slick rap verse.
