ten56. Release New Track ‘Choky’
Heavy purveyors ten56. are back with brand new music! Following on from the release of their new E.P. ‘Downer Part. 2’ in January, ten56. have released a brand new track and video for ‘Choky’ which is one of two bonus tracks to feature on their upcoming “Downer” deluxe album which is a combination of both the E.P.s. “Choky” is another brutal assault featuring detuned to hell chugging riffs with added alien noises, unnerving atmospherical electronics and a disgustingly heavy beatdown with vocalist Aaron Matts conducting the carnage with his visceral screams.
Speaking on the release Aaron says: “we could never have expected the level of support that Downer Part.1 and Downer Part.2 could bring us as a new band; the ways in which our subject matter has allowed us to connect with our unique fanbase goes far beyond anything we’ve experienced elsewhere before… We’re honouring our time spent with the Downer saga with a deluxe edition, including vinyl presses that compiles both Part.1, Part.2, along with a couple of surprises; one of which is ‘Choky’, a song that speaks on the feeling of rejection and falling into familiar patterns of self-destruction. Thanks for always showing up for us. ten56.”
ten56. will tour the UK and EU in 2023 in support of Alpha Wolf on their ‘Stepping Over Roaches Tour’. See dated below:
