Silly Goose Release New Single ‘Goodnight’

One of our ones to watch Atlanta rap-rock breakout Silly Goose have dropped their brand new single ‘Goodnight’, continuing a rapid ascent that has taken them from chaotic DIY beginnings to full-blown festival stages across the US and beyond.

The band, known for their unpredictable early days performing impromptu shows at gas stations and parking lots (a run that famously even led to a few mug shots along the way), are now firmly in their next chapter and ‘Goodnight’ leans straight into that energy.

“Simply put, ‘Goodnight’ is a song about being angry,” says vocalist Jackson Foster. “It was cool to go back and work with our friend Joey, who did the Bad Behavior EP, and our friend Ryan Hall. I haven’t been this excited about a song in a minute.”

The release marks the latest glimpse into what’s shaping up to be a busy year for the Atlanta outfit, with more new music expected soon and an EP planned for release later this summer.

Live-wise, Silly Goose are currently wrapping up a run with Magnolia Park before heading into a packed schedule of festival appearances across the remainder of 2026.
