Nova Twins Drop Explosive New Single “N.O.V.A.”
Genre-defying alt-rock powerhouses Nova Twins have just unleashed “N.O.V.A,” the new single from their upcoming third studio album Parasites & Butterflies, due August 29, 2025 via Marshall Records.
Following the ferocious one-two punch of previous singles “Monsters,” “Soprano,” and “Piranha,” “N.O.V.A” is Nova Twins at full throttle, empowered, defiant, and on fire. It’s a bold anthem of identity and pride, drenched in razor-sharp riffs and punk energy.
Speaking on the single Amy Love and Georgia South share: “This is a celebration of identity, a tribute to the women in our family, and a refusal to apologise for who we are. As two Black women in rock music, we initially felt we had to prove ourselves, due to a lack of representation. Sticking to our guns and overcoming self-doubt has brought us pride. This song honours the peers who paved the way and the progress we’ve made.”
N.O.V.A. offers a fiery glimpse of what’s to come on Parasites & Butterflies. Recorded in Vermont with iconic producer Rich Costey (Foo Fighters, Muse, Deftones, Sam Fender), the album is set to blur the lines between chaos and beauty, bringing dancefloor detonators and raw introspection together in one seismic package.
