NECK DEEP DEPART WAYS WITH DRUMMER DANI ABASI
Neck Deep have confirmed that long term drummer Dani Abasi has decided to leave the band after 10 years. The band shared a statement written by Dani which lays out his intentions to focus on other projects such as building his own studio to “write/record and create as freely as i want.” as well as on his clothing range RAIN. He also suggests for now he is done with creating pop punk and we will hear him on an array of different projects in the near future, he writes: “I’m looking forward to working with new people in more diverse ways, and feeling comfortable just being 100% myself, unapologetically”. As one of the best drummers in the scene we’re sure whatever Dani decides to do next will be a success and no one can take away the impact him and Neck Deep have had on the industry over the past 10 years!
