Native James Releases Live Performance Video of ‘Mugen Train’

One of our ones to watch in 2025 Native James has unveiled a blistering live performance video of his track “Mugen Train”. The video, filmed at Chelmsford’s Hot Box, see’s him deliver his powerful blend of grime and metal showcasing the raw intensity you can expect from his live shows. It also acts as a taste of what’s in store for his biggest headline show to date taking place on February 21st at the very same venue.

2025 is already looking to be a big year for Native who has now earned his first MOBO Award nomination. Previously a finalist in the MOBO UnSung Top 20, he now competes in the Best Alternative Music Act category at this month’s MOBO Awards in Newcastle’s Utilita Arena. Sharing the spotlight with acts like Hak Baker and ALT BLK ERA, this nomination solidifies his place in the ever-evolving UK music landscape.
