Knocked Loose Drop “Hive Mind” Featuring Denzel Curry

As the preeminent contemporary heavy band, Knocked Loose have never been ones to play it safe and their explosive new single “Hive Mind” featuring Denzel Curry proves exactly why they continue to dominate the modern heavy landscape.
Marking a rare and seamless convergence of hardcore and rap, “Hive Mind” sees Knocked Loose bring Curry fully into their world. The result isn’t a gimmick or crossover experiment it’s a volatile collision that feels more than the sum of its parts. Curry, a longtime student of hardcore and metal who turned heads with his blistering 2019 cover of Bulls on Parade by Rage Against the Machine, sounds right at home amidst the band’s punishing sonic assault.
Speaking on the collaboration, vocalist Bryan Garris explains: “This is something we’ve talked about doing for a long time. We wondered if we could pull it off and who would be down. In the very beginning, we said for it to work, it would have to be Denzel Curry. Because he gets it.”
The track arrives alongside a visceral new music video directed by Eric Richter and Garris himself, filmed in the band’s hometown of Louisville, Kentucky at the iconic David Armstrong Extreme Park, a fitting backdrop for the track’s raw intensity.
Later this year, Knocked Loose will perform at Sick New World in Las Vegas on April 25 and Dallas on October 24. Between those appearances, they’ll support Metallica across select European and UK stadium dates this summer, as well as appearances alongside Bring Me The Horizon and slots at Slam Dunk Festival and Primavera Sound.
