Indigo Blaze Drop New Single ‘Got Pace’
Perth’s nu-metal newcomers Indigo Blaze are swinging hard with their new single ‘Got Pace’, the latest in a string of releases ahead of their debut EP, due this September. After a monster 3000%+ Spotify stream surge in 2024, Indigo Blaze are fast becoming one of the most exciting heavy acts to emerge from Australia’s underground.
‘Got Pace’ finds the band fusing Beastie Boys-style chaos with the stomp and swagger of Limp Bizkit, while injecting a fresh dose of punk/hardcore adrenaline: “Got Pace taps into the raw energy of our live show bringing in our punk/hardcore influence to provide a sharp blast which will get heads banging.” The band shares: “Lyrically this one touches on self reflection and self doubt and having that rough conversation with yourself. But as we love to do, the track spins into positivity including shouting out our home city and our producer who has been with us all the way. UTB!”
Recorded with Matt Templeman (Voyager, Make Them Suffer), the track is the second of four singles building up to the EP.
