House of Protection release their second single ‘Learn To Forget’

One of the most exciting new acts to emerge this year House Of Protection are back with their second single ‘Learn To Forget’. The ex Fever 333 duo of Aric Improta and Stephen Harrison deliver another rip roaring release that is just as strong as their debut single ‘It’s Supposed To Hurt’ as they blend electronic flourishes with hardcore, rock and metal influences into a super fresh sounding package with some slick dynamic production from ex Bring Me The Horizon member Jordan Fish. Along with the release they have also announced their first UK live show, which will take place at London’s Underworld on the 15th October 15th following their debut show at LA’s 1720 on September 24th.

Speaking on the song the band shares, “’Learn To Forget’ feels very close to home for us as musicians. The pace, the riffs, the drum fills, it all leans towards music we grew up playing. We wanted to find a way to keep that in our sound, but not be limited by it. Jordan was really good about finding ways to take that energy and blend it with the production aesthetic we used on the other tracks. It’s definitely one we look forward to playing live.
