Heavy Music Awards Ticket Competition Terms and Conditions:

  • The winners must be aged 18 years or over as of the 22nd August 2024.
  • The Prizes carry no cash value and may not be transferred or substituted, except that Forever Loud may, at its sole discretion, substitute any Prize won with a prize of equal or greater value.
  • The winners and guests are solely responsible for all ancillary expenses associated with the Prize and their attendance at the Event including, but not limited to, any travel or baggage costs and the cost of food or drink purchased.
  • The winners and guests may be required to be produce photographic ID in order to attend the Event.
  • Any unclaimed Prize remains the property of Heavy Music Awards.
  • The Prizes must be redeemed in full and cannot be redeemed in parts.

Opening/Closing Date & Time

The Prize Draw opens to entries on Friday, 9th August 2024 and closes at 23:59 BST on Wednesday, 14th August 2024 (the “Prize Draw Period”).

How to Enter

Entry to the Prize Draw is outlined through the conditions of the Instagram post and as below.

  • Follow @foreverloudnet on Instagram.
  • Entries must be made within the Prize Draw Period. Once you have done this you will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw as appropriate.
  • Entry to the Prize Draw is limited to one entry per person and per Instagram account.

In the event of any dispute, all submitted electronic entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the Instagram account from which they were submitted. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to Forever Loud and not to Instagram.

Forever Loud will only accept entries that are completed and submitted in the format designated.  Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Duplicate entries are not permitted and will be disregarded.  Proof of electronic submission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. All entries are deemed to be entered into the Prize Draw on the day of receipt by Forever Loud.

Winner Selection

Forever Loud will, in its sole discretion, select the Prize winners at random. The winners will be notified via a Direct Message (DM) from @Foreverloudnet within five (5) days of the end of the Prize Draw Period (“Notification”). The winners will have five (5) days from receipt of Notification to respond to Forever Loud and confirm acceptance of the Prize.

If a selected winner (or at Forever Loud discretion, a substitute winner) is ineligible, cannot be reached, or fails to claim their Prize within five (5) days of receiving the Notification, that winner (or substitute winner) will forfeit the Prize and it is at the discretion of Forever Loud to inform substitute winners hereafter.  If, having attempted to contact a winner, or a, substitute winner, Forever Loud is unable to award a Prize, Amazon reserves the right to consider the Prize unclaimed.

This process is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Non-winners will not be notified.
