The emerging force in UK metal, Defects, have unleashed their powerful track “Goliath” digitally for the first time. Originally featured exclusively on the physical releases of their debut album “Modern Error,” released in May via Mascot Records, “Goliath” now reaches a broader audience digitally. The song is an example of all the things Defects do best, as they blend huge metal-core riffing with intense emotionally fuelled vocals in a track that is sure to go off live.

“We’re thrilled to finally bring ‘Goliath’ to our fans in a digital format,” commented Tony Maue, lead vocalist of Defects. “This track is a sonic and emotional powerhouse, reflecting a challenging period during the COVID era. It’s a statement of personal boundaries and resilience.”
