Dayseeker release video for ‘Neon Grave’ (acoustic)

Southern California’s Dayseeker are currently on tour throughout the UK as main to support to Pierce To Veil playing some iconic venues and today they have dropped a stripped down version of their song ‘Neon Grave’ which is taken from their forthcoming acoustic album ‘Replica’, which will be released digitally on the 19th April and physically on the 14th June via Spinefarm. The song is a beautiful rendition of an already emotional song with piano, acoustic guitars and orchestral soundscapes laying the foundation for vocalist Rory Rodriguez to deliver an emotional performance upon.
“‘Neon Grave’ is about my father’s battle and passing from cancer,” states Rodriguez. “Getting to reimagine this one in a slower setting has a completely different emotion to it now.”

The album ‘Replica’ is the result of an unfortunate event in 2022 when the band’s gear overheated at Blue Ridge Rock Festival forcing Rodriguez to pick up an acoustic guitar and perform an impromptu set to thousands of singing fans.
“I felt like we let people down, but I had so many friends say, ‘Everyone will remember the day your equipment stopped working and you still played the set as a really special moment’,'” he recalls. “It felt natural for our songs. We usually will do extra tracks for a Deluxe version or re-release, but we decided to commit to an entire acoustic album this time.”
