COLORBLIND announce debut album ‘Who Sold You This Truth ++ Was It Yours To Hold’

Texas ‘dreamcore’ outfit Colorblind have announced their highly anticipated new album, ‘Who Sold You This Truth ++ Was It Yours To Hold’, set for release on August 28 via Solid State Records. The Austin quartet continue to blur the lines between metalcore intensity and cinematic atmosphere, crafting a sound that feels both crushing and immersive. Through a combination of soaring melodies, ambient textures, and emotionally charged songwriting, the band have rapidly become one of the genre’s most exciting rising names.

Alongside the album announcement, Colorblind have unveiled the record’s opening single, ‘Pressure’, offering fans another glimpse into the band’s expansive and emotionally raw new era.

Speaking about the track, vocalist Travis Moseley explains: “Pressure is about the weight of your own mind crushing you from the inside out. This was one of the first songs made for the record. I was really feeling the pressure of signing my first record deal, making my first album, and it was all coming to a head. I’m so grateful to have all of this pressure in my life.”
