COLD STEEL’s hard and heavy metal track “Blacksmith of Damnation” is unmissable

It’s about time we got some fresh blood on the heavy metal scene that made you truly believe every scream, riff and head-bang is part of their crushing world that you’re invited to enjoy. Signing off their signature ‘aggressive metal’ sound with thrashier moments it’s as attractive to Lamb of God fans as it is Metallica or Trivium. Speaking of the latter, Matt Heafy (of Trivium) is a fan, playing the track on his Sirius Chaos Hour show and even opening for them on their fourth ever live show. Now signed to Spinefarm Records the band hopefully have a great trajectory and global reach to gun for, backed by their tremendous song-writing and wild shows.
And keeping in the spirit of metal icons, vocalist Jose Menendez introduces the track in quite a thespian way: “Bear witness to an earth-shattering force that is ”Blacksmith of Damnation”—a harrowing tale of good versus evil, a hunt for salvation, and an unrelenting quest to unveil what lies beyond. We’re truly grateful for our team at Spinefarm, not just for the opportunity, but for giving us free rein to embrace our creative expression. Thank you to everyone involved in this project, especially to our supporters. We sincerely hope you all enjoy this blistering take on the hero’s journey.”
Looking like the director of Mad Max grabbed their 90’s handy cam, this distinctive Cold Steel style runs throughout their socials and videos…which we think is pretty sweet:
