Catch Your Breath Share New Single ‘Lost’

Rising alternative rock band Catch Your Breath have returned with their powerful new single ‘Lost’, out now via Thriller Records, alongside an emotionally charged music video. The track melds anthemic sing-a-long hooks with crushing heaviness, whilst lyrically diving headfirst into the aftermath of a relationship that ended without closure.

Speaking on the new single, vocalist Josh Mowery shares: “This one is for the ones who lost a piece of them without being able to try to fix it, left alone, in the dark, lost without them.”
