Chicago’s pop-punk rising stars Action/Adventure have officially announced their brand-new album Ever After, set for release on 24th October 2025 via Pure Noise Records.
The record promises a fresh chapter for the band, fusing the high-octane riffs and explosive hooks fans know and love with deeper storytelling, raw emotion, and the urgency that has defined their rise over the past few years.
To mark the announcement, Action/Adventure have unleashed a brand-new single, “URL”, complete with a music video.
Speaking on the track, vocalist Blake Evaristo explained: “This is the result of unrequited love. Just because you put your blood, sweat, and tears into something doesn’t mean it’ll love you back. Even though you’re living the life you wanted, you find yourself wondering what the other life could’ve been.”
Now, with producer Alan Day (Four Year Strong, Knuckle Puck) at the helm, Ever After pushes their sound further than ever before. Recorded at Ghost Hit Studio in Massachusetts, the 11-track album digs into the balancing act of band life versus real life struggles, doubts, and the fight to keep pushing forward.
“This is literally the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my entire life,” admits Jackson. “The industry is so different from what we thought it would be as kids. The theme of this record is the duality of everyday life versus band life, and trying to make them coexist without losing yourself in the process.”
The record also features some huge collaborations, including Dan Lambton (rationale., ex-Real Friends) on “Something Isn’t Right Here,” Ben Jorgensen (Armor For Sleep) on “Background,” and UK artist Noahfinnce on “Go Directly to Jail. Do Not Pass Go. Do Not Collect $200.”
