Sum 41 release video for Dopamine from their final album “Heaven :x: Hell”

It’s a bittersweet time for Sum 41 fans, the pop punk legends have just dropped their new double album “Heaven :x: Hell” however it will be their last as they will be calling it a day next year after an incredible 27 years. Along with the release of the album, which is half high energy pop punk and half heavy metal influenced, they have dropped the music video for ‘Dopamine’, which takes on the former as catchy vocal hooks and upbeat instrumentals are laced with melancholic themes.
“I love Sum 41, what we’ve achieved, endured, and stuck together through, which is why I want to call it quits,” vocalist Deryck Whibley says on the new album. “There were so many times we could’ve broken up. For some reason, we kept sticking it out. I’m proud of that. It’s the right time to walk away from it. I’m putting all of my energy into what’s ahead. This is going to be the biggest tour of our lives, and I want to make it the best show we’ve ever done. That’s it.”
